- In this two-reel, twenty minute short from Vitaphone (as a Broadway Brevity), it appears the new bus lines in New York City are taking away passenger from the subway line, and the board of directors decides to make the rail-line more attractive and get their customers back. They install dining cars and add entertainment on the station platforms and the train cars, including uniformed station announcers and Harlem hot-bands.
